1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the betijili website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by betijili ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

1.2 By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1.3 We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

1.5 betijili operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform. All games and betting markets available on the Platform are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adult players aged 18 and above.

1.6 These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and betijili.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on betijili. Registration by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by minors will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. betijili is designed and operated to serve players based in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.

2.3 One Account Per Individual. Each individual person may hold only one active betijili account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. In cases of deliberate fraud, betijili reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.

2.4 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. betijili conducts KYC verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time: national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

2.6 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. You agree to notify betijili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. betijili will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

2.7 Self-Registration. You must register your own account personally. Registrations made by agents, third parties, or automated systems on your behalf are not permitted and may result in account closure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Account Currency. All betijili accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and balances displayed on the Platform are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods. betijili currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from accounts held at BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. betijili does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment channel.

3.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. betijili reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

3.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your betijili account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution's processing schedule. betijili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

3.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by betijili within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Standard processing times begin once all KYC verification requirements have been fulfilled and no bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding on the account.

3.6 Withdrawal Verification. betijili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include re-submission of KYC documents, confirmation of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation. These checks are conducted for your security and in compliance with AML obligations.

3.7 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative method will be offered at betijili's discretion.

3.8 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. betijili reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive account balances after this period, as detailed in the account dashboard. You will be notified before any such deduction is applied.

3.9 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. betijili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

4.1 General Bonus Terms. betijili offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, maximum bet size, and expiry period.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated on the individual promotion page. Placing bets on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

4.3 Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds. While a bonus is active on your account, you must not place any single bet or wager exceeding ৳500 (or such other limit as stated in the relevant promotion terms). Bets placed above the maximum limit during a bonus period may be voided and the bonus forfeited at betijili's discretion.

4.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period from the date of activation. Any unmet wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance will be removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.

4.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the additional bonus being voided.

4.6 Abuse of Promotions. betijili actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements, coordinated betting between accounts, and repeated registration of multiple accounts to claim welcome offers. Where abuse is detected, betijili reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the account permanently.

4.7 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers. betijili reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at betijili's sole discretion and their availability is not guaranteed.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Accepted Bets. All bets placed on betijili are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within each betting market and game interface. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

5.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is considered accepted and binding only when betijili has confirmed it and it appears in your bet history. bets that have not been confirmed due to technical failure, network interruption, or insufficient account balance are not valid.

5.3 Palpable Errors. betijili reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were posted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to typographical errors, incorrect lines, or system pricing failures. Such bets will be voided at the company's discretion and stakes returned.

5.4 Live In-Play Betting. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at betijili's discretion, including during periods of significant in-game activity. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected.

5.5 Game Integrity. betijili sources all casino games from internationally licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The RNG systems used in all games have been independently tested and certified. betijili does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.6 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the hand, spin, or round in progress may be voided and the stake returned. betijili is not liable for losses or expected winnings arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

5.7 Maximum Winnings. betijili reserves the right to apply a maximum single-bet or single-session payout cap. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be capped at the posted limit.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 By using betijili, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Register or attempt to register if you are under 18 years of age;
• Register more than one account or assist another person in registering a duplicate account;
• Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software or system underlying the Platform;
• Use any automated software, bot, script, or tool to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting events;
• Exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform and fail to report it to betijili immediately;
• Conduct, attempt, or facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime using your betijili account;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse betijili staff or other users via any communication channel.

6.2 betijili actively monitors accounts and transaction patterns for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, betijili reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your betijili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

7.2 Company-Initiated Closure. betijili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have: breached any provision of this Agreement; provided false registration information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Closure. If you request a self-exclusion or a permanent account closure on responsible gaming grounds, betijili will close your account within the timeframe set out in our Responsible Gaming policy. During any self-exclusion period, betijili will take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering or bypassing the exclusion.

7.4 Balance on Closure. Where betijili initiates account closure due to proven fraud, abuse, or a material breach of this Agreement, we reserve the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. Where closure is initiated for any other reason, real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betijili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betijili shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damage resulting from reliance on Platform content.

8.3 betijili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, civil unrest, or regulatory intervention.

8.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits betijili's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.5 Governing Language & Contact. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the English language.
